Victor Ogunyemi Survived Polio - Randy Winter on Eradicating It
Part 1: Victor Ogunyemi inspires us his story - how he contracted polio as a child, the impact it had on his early life, and how the support of his parents and years of physical therapy helped him regaine use of his polio-paralyzed legs and right arm. Victor is our District Polio Plus Committee Co-Chair and Global Scholar Grantee. Randy Winter, District Governor Elect and Polio Plus Committee Co-Chair updates us on Rotary's fight to eradicate polio and reviews ways members and clubs can support the effort.
Part 2: We learn more about Victor's graduate studies and aspirations related to the development of energy solutions using biomass.
